Chanting kirtan is a devotional practice that helps to uplift the mind, open the heart and bring inner peace. It is the fastest, easiest and most joyful way to achieve peace of mind. During this session, we chant in a particular way, as part of a devotional practice - It can be "call-and-response" and/or chanting together. We use differnt instruments including Handpan and Guitar as part of this event.
