A major new independent documentary tracing the birth of the UK Free Party movement, from the collision of acid house ravers and New Age travellers in the late 80s and early 90s, to the explosive moment that became Castlemorton Common in 1992. Featuring voices from Spiral Tribe, DiY, Bedlam, Circus Warp, Chris Liberator, Youth, Colin Dale, Charlie Hall and more, director Aaron Trinder brings together unseen archive and first-hand stories from the people who lived it. The screening will be followed by a ‘Desert Island Discs’ listening session with old rave vinyl DJ Miss.Kotton from the UK.
