Event Ticket Includes Breakfast Self-Discovery, Art, Play & Connection What happens when board games, creativity, art and self-discovery come together in one experience? The experience begins with play. Through engaging board games, participants interact, laugh and get comfortable with people they may have never met before. As the games progress, different prompts and ways of playing encourage communication, self-expression and an understanding of different perspectives. From there, the experience moves into a guided art-based wellness session led by a psychologist. Everyone receives the same prompt, but creates their own interpretation based on their thoughts, experiences and perspective. The session then moves into guided reflection, giving participants a chance to explore self-worth
